Fees

What DisVault charges, and when.

Buyers pay the listed price

There is no buyer fee. The price on a package or an offer is the price you pay, and the total at checkout matches it.

Sellers pay a share of what they deliver

DisVault takes 12% of the value an order actually delivers. It is deducted at settlement, so nothing is charged up front and nothing is charged for work that did not happen.

On a $20 package

Buyer pays
$20.00
Marketplace fee (12%)
−$2.40
You receive
$17.60

You see this breakdown before you publish a package and again on every offer you send, so there is never a figure at settlement you have not already agreed to.

Short delivery is charged proportionally

If an order settles below target, the fee applies only to what was delivered. An order that delivers 80% is charged 12% of that 80%, not of the full order.

Withdrawals

  • A 0.5% marketplace fee on the amount withdrawn.
  • The network cost of the payout itself, quoted by the payment provider at the moment you confirm.
  • Both are shown separately before you confirm, along with the exact amount that will arrive.
  • If a payout fails, the entire amount returns to your balance, fees included.

What we never do

  • Charge a listing fee, a subscription, or a fee for connecting a server.
  • Take a cut of an order that delivered nothing.
  • Change the fee on a deal that is already agreed. The rate is captured when the offer is sent.
